Surrender and Prom!!! :)

  Hey Guys,

   sorry I haven't updated in who knows how long! Probably only God would know! I had so much fun at Surrender!!! I think our youth group took around 30 kids!!! IT WAS SOOOO AWESOME!!! I really liked getting all nasty during rec.! It was also kind of fun getting up in front of everybody and throwing a package of pudding at a tamberine (sp wrong?) to see if I could win a $100!!! I made a complete fool of myself, but it was fun while it lasted! God me that He has been telling me to witness to some people, but I made the wrong decision and didn't obey Him!

Now moving on and talking about Prom.....

     what can I say about Prom? Well, here was our (Katy, Lydia, Eli, and me) schedule for the night

 *Go to main street-Get Nikki (one of our friends that my Mom wanted to hang out with since she was just going to be driving us around) and take pictures

*Go to the mall

*Go to eat at CiCi's

*Go to Prom

*Go to IHOP (didn't stay for long because nobody wanted to stay)

*Go BOWLING (which was totally awesome even though I made a bunch of gutter balls)

Hey Guys,

     Just giving you an update on how I am doing before I have to go get ready to sing at church tonight!!! I am really sorry I haven't been able to get on in sooooo long! I have had homework piling up on me and track meets (I don't run....my bro and sis do) to go to!!!!!! My junior year is almost over and it is kind of sad! Next year will be my last year! I am going to be a SENIOR!!! Its scary. Yesterday went to Devils Den to hike with my youth group! That was really fun. I got all muddy from going in the caves. Everyone kept on telling me that but I didn't really care because I had work clothes on anyways! Also, Austin (a boy in my youth group) had gloves on and was trying to show me a bat while it was hissing because he was not happy that he picked him up!!!!! It was really scary!!!Got to go eat a snack before church!

Last night~~Concert Today~~Pageant

Hey Guys,

        are ya'll as busy as I am? I hope not because then I think the whole world would go crazzzzy! I just had 6 tests this last week or so (2 I made not very good grades on)!!! Last night we went to the Mercy Me (So long self and I can only imagine), Audio Audreline(BIG BIG HOUSE), and Aaron Shust (spelled wrong?)(My Savior my God) concert and it was soooo totally awesome!!! Even though we had the tickets that sat us in the back, it was still cool and I praise God that we were able to go!!! While Audio A was singing people got to go up on stage and sing with them,but it was only some of the people that paid like alot of money to be in the first few rows! During some of Mercy Me songs, that had confetti shooting out into the crowd! It looked sooooo awesome from the back!!! Now today, is the pageant that I have been talking about!!! I am sooooo very nervous!!!! This is really going to be a very busy weekend, because my teachers also gave me alot of homework!!!!!! Which means that I probably need to get off the computer soon!!!! Before I go, I was going to tell ya'll, the Sr. girls that are in the pageant, made up a question! You have to draw one of the questions out of the fish bowl! One of the questions is, with all of the advertising for the "perfect body", what would you tell teenage girls to tell them that they are beautiful inside? So I asked one of my friends for help and she gave me this verse so I like it so here, I want ya'll to know it to:

SHOPPING!!!!!

Hey Guys,

        I have just spent my whole day, shopping!!!! It was fun, for alittle bit, but then it just got tiring!!!! My sis and I are going to be in a pageant in 2 weeks from today, so we had to go get the shopping over with! I know a lot of people think me being in a pageant is just WEIRD, but I have never been in one, that I can remember. My parents told me I was in a pageant was I was little! The Little Miss Rudy Pageant and I won! Anyways, I have to have an interview wear. That is when the judges ask you specific questions about you. I am very nervous! I am wearing a very pretty black blouse and pinstrip dress pants with some black heels. Next, you have to have a casual outfit! This is where you just walk out on stage and walk around alittle bit and go out. For some weird reason, you have to wear specific colors for the theme of the pageant. The theme is tropical, so the colors are lime green, hot pink, and black. It was so hard to find a lime green shirt at this time of year. It is just the beginning of spring, so not many spring colors are out! I am wearing a silking lime green shirt, a really cute black skirt, and some lime green heels. Last, is the formal wear. This, of course, has to be a dress. My counsin, who is in Germany right now where her husband was stationed (and then they sent him to Iraq:(...) happened to have some prom, homecoming dresses, and a bridesmaids dress! The bridesmaids dress (from her sister's wedding) is baby blue and that just happens to be one of my favorite colors. It is plain in front and in the back, it has a big dip in it! It is really pretty! I am wearing a pair of siver heels with it (happens to be the shoes I got for prom). Ohhhh yeah! Forgot to tell ya! I have to have a platform. I am not exactly sure what it is, but I am going to ask the lady that is in charge of the pageant at the church in the morning!!! My mom said it is something that you believe in deeply and you wish more people were involved! I am thinking of doing it about missing children. I volunteer for the Morgan Nick Foundation (my family knows Morgan's mom, Colleen, personally). Every year, we will set up tables and families come so we can take pictures of their children and other stuff so if their child ever goes missing, all they have to do is give the kit to the police and it will help them out a whole lot!!! Anyways, I want everybody to know everything they can about children missing eachday (especially parents). Whoever is crowned Miss CHS (this pageant is runned by our school if I forgot to tell you that), gets to go to the elementary and talk to the kids about their platform! I think kids need to know how important it is to not run away from home or get in a car with a stranger, because they can make the difference of them being missing. Anyways, some of ya'll are probably bored by now, so I will let you go! And plus, I need to go since we have church in the morning (currently 9:41pm) and the rest of my family is in bed!
